Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the conference’s scientific program and other IEEE NANO 2023 activities. To receive the best rates for the conference, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.

Author Registration Policy

  • One Full Registration (Student Registration is NOT a full registration) covers a maximum of ONE invited paper (without publishing) or TWO accepted papers by the same registered author.
  • A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only ONE accepted paper.
  • Extra Paper Charge: An additional USD 150 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  • Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 150 per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings (Note: Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages).
  • A Full or Student Registration includes one ticket for the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet.

Method of Payment

  • Online Credit Payment: Payments can be made via a fully secured e-commerce payment system for the conference.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be requested through the registration page no later than June 6, 2023. A refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 25% to cover administrative expenses and any related transaction fees. 
  • No refund will be given if cancellation is made after June 6, 2023.
